Poznajcie ją i jej twórczość trochę bliżej. / Get to know her and her work a bit better.

 

Tworzenie to moja codzienność. To właśnie w projektach, tych większych i małych, odnajduję radość i siebie. Uwielbiam ten proces: od pierwszego pomysłu, przez działanie, aż po efekt, który często potrafi nawet mnie zaskoczyć.

 

Nieustannie się rozwijam i poznaję nowe techniki, narzędzia i sposoby wyrażania twórczych pomysłów. Zaczynałam dekadę temu od decoupage, potem scrapboobing, a teraz od roku wciągnęło mnie mediowanie. Każdy projekt to dla mnie okazja do nauki i odkrywania czegoś nowego, ale niezmiennie staram się w każdym umieszczać kwiaty, po prostu je uwielbiam. Z miłości do języka łacińskiego mój największy projekt nazwałam Ideatio, czyli twórczość, dzięki niemu rozwijam swoją kreatywność, pasję i poznaję wspaniałych ludzi.

Creating is part of my everyday life. It is through projects, both big and small, that I find joy and a sense of myself. I love the process: from the very first idea, through taking action, to the final result, which often manages to surprise even me.

I am constantly developing, exploring new techniques, tools, and ways to express creative ideas. I started a decade ago with decoupage, then moved on to scrapbooking, and for the past year, I’ve been drawn into mixed media. Every project is an opportunity for me to learn and discover something new, but I always try to include flowers in each one—I simply adore them. Out of my love for the Latin language, I named my largest project Ideatio, meaning creativity. Through it, I nurture my creativity, pursue my passion, and meet amazing people.

 Dziękujemy tym, którzy wzięli udział w naszym mixed mediowym wyzwaniu! Wasze prace zachwyciły pomysłowością, detalami i prawdziwie steampunkowym klimatem. Szkoda jedynie, że tym razem zgłoszeń było tak niewiele – ale mamy nadzieję, że kolejne wyzwania przyciągną więcej pasjonatów twórczej zabawy!

Zapraszamy na wyzwanie MIXED MEDIA, w tym roku wzbogacone o DECOUPAGE.
We invite you to join the MIXED MEDIA challenge, now enhanced with DECOUPAGE this year.

Temat pracy jest dowolny. Ważne, abyście stworzyli wolnostojącą kompozycję przestrzenną, w której dominować będzie LITERA, SŁOWO, CYTAT lub MOTTO. Możecie też stworzyć pracę, w której te elementy będą jej dominującą częścią (3D)

The theme of the work is open. It is important that you create a freestanding 3D composition in which the LETTER, WORD, QUOTE, or MOTTO dominates. You can also create a piece where these elements are the dominant part of the work.

Mixed media to termin używany do opisywania dzieł sztuki skomponowanych z połączenia różnych mediów lub materiałów. W decoupage pracujemy z cienkim papierem, lub serwetkami. Po połączeniu tych dwóch technik można stworzyć efektowne i ciekawe prace, do czego zachęcamy Was w tym wyzwaniu.

Mixed media is a term used to describe works of art composed of a combination of different media or materials. In decoupage, we work with thin paper or napkins. By combining these two techniques, you can create stunning and interesting pieces, and we encourage you to do so in this challenge.

Niestety odnosimy ostatnio wrażenie, że ta forma prac "zamiera" ...

Bo czym właściwie są mixed media i jak je "ugryźć" w swoich pracach ???

What exactly are mixed media and how to "bite" them in your works ???

W sztukach wizualnych zwrot mixed media, zwany też mix-media, jest określeniem techniki artystycznej, w której zastosowano więcej niż jeden materiał. Możemy więc przyjąć, że jest to trend z pogranicza decoupage’u i scrapbookingu, polegający na łączeniu wszelkiego rodzaju technik, materiałów i mediów artystycznych. Wszystkie chwyty są w nim dozwolone, nie ma żadnych ograniczeń, bo technika mixed mediowa nie znosi ograniczeń. Wręcz przeciwnie – im więcej preparatów i materiałów użyjemy, tym lepiej, pod warunkiem że pasują do siebie, a w rezultacie tworzą zaplanowany efekt.

In the visual arts, mixed media, also called mix-media, is an artistic technique in which more than one material is used. So we can assume that this is a trend bordering on decoupage and scrapbooking, combining all kinds of techniques, materials and artistic media. All tricks are allowed in it, there are no restrictions, because mixed media technology does not tolerate restrictions. On the contrary – the more preparations and materials we use, the better, provided they fit together, and as a result create the intended effect.

Co rozumiemy przez pojęcie mała forma?
What do we mean by small form?

• calineczki - inchies (1x1"), rinchies (okrągłe 1x1"), twinchies -
  bliźniacze (2x 1x1"), trinchies - potrójne (3 1x1")
• pocket letters
• zakładka, tag, zawieszka bookmark, tag, pendant
  
• mini pudełeczko / pudełko zapałek mini box / match box

• Mail Art - sztuka poczty /znaczek, pocztówka, stempel/

We set you the task of creating MIXED MEDIA or decoupage work using mixed media elements in any form and theme. Still, the work must include natural moss and/or lichen. Using only moss effect preparations alone is also acceptable. 

Pamiętajcie aby tworzyć z poszanowaniem natury, nie zbierajcie roślin które są objęte ochroną.
